The Miller Board of Aldermen met for its first regular monthly business session of the year on Jan. 11, 2024, at the city fire station on Park Street. Mayor Stacy Daniels presided over the meeting; Alderman Garry Baker was absent.

Representative Ann Kelley kicks off the legislative session with the presentation of two House Bills; HB 1569 aims to benefit Missouri students looking towards higher education, while HB 1564 would allow for two new taxes to bolster the economy of local municipalities represented.

The Golden City Board of Aldermen met for its first regular monthly business session of 2024 on Jan. 8 at City Hall on Depot Avenue. Mayor Shannon Higgins presided over the meeting.
